Miss Luna was such a special girl to so many people.
I don't even have words...but I must try to find the words...
It is with overwhelming and incredible heartbreak and
sadness that I must tell you that Wednesday evening, July 15th 2015 @
10:39pm, we lost Luna. Every effort to save her was made, but it just
wasn't enough. They completed her necropsy that night, and their
conclusion was that her cause of death was 2 very large hairballs in
her stomach.
Luna Bloon was born in San Francisco California,
November 15th 2012. She was 2 years and 8 months old when she crossed
the Rainbow Bridge, of which we are grateful and truly blessed to have
shared 3 months and 12 wonderful days with Luna.
A cherished friend with Cystic Fibrosis had picked out
Luna. They were beautiful and funny together. Luna was an amazing,
smart, and sweet therapy/service pet until my friend passed from
Cystic Fibrosis on November 16th 2014. She loved Luna Bloon with all
of her heart.
I fell in love with Luna the very first picture Kidd
posted. I loved every picture she posted, loved hearing about her
antics. But having her here in person didn't do those pictures
justice. She was just so much more. She came to us on April 3rd 2015,
and she immediately became part of our family, and part of our hearts.
There wasn't a soul that met her, that didn't love her. Her joyful,
bouncy personality, all of her silly antics, she made it easy to love
her.
Our family thanks Mark for allowing us to be a part of
Luna's life.
~ Memories we will cherish ~
Her dresses/outfits, and the sound of her collar tinking. She LOVED
getting
dressed and had no problem helping you get her dressed.
Squiggly butt excitement.
When she was super happy, she stuck her tongue out.
Co-pilot of the Nox with Izzy. Pick up's in the morning were always
fun.
Her funny little "Margie" growl.
The bark and bay.
Hiding under hats.
Airplane rides with Ida and Izzy.
Being stubborn with our groomer.
Curling up with her at night, running my fingers through her curly
soft fur.
Drive-by kisses.
"Shake", she was such a dainty and polite girl. She also
knew
"Sit", "lay down", "Down",
"Ride",
"Outside", "Let's go", "Vacuum",
"Kisses", "Bedtime", and was learning "Roll
over".
Dinner time. She loved chicken.
She wouldn't let anyone hurt her family. I would have pitied the fool
that
judged Luna's tiny size. Dynamite comes in small packages.
Standing on Izzy the American Eskimo, and being Ida the Great Pyrenees
little
buddy. They were so funny together.
Keep off the bed games with Ida, and winning.
Chili face.
Bouncing in the yard. Playing under the hammock.
Her funny friendship with Zoe, one of our cats.
Loving my lap, and always asking up.
Muppet face.
Again, a fantastic therapy/service pet that sensed (my) seizures and
helped me
through them. Truly a Godsend.
She was such a great girl, and her passing left a void with so
many.
The consolation is that Luna is now with her Momma and they're running
and
playing together.
August 5th, 2015 Luna Bloon's ashes were sent home to San Francisco to
be spread
with her Momma in San Francisco, Rodeo beach.
Rest in Peace Miss Bloon.
Missed and loved by everyone you met.
